He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Leonard and Rose Catherine Duncan (Dittman); his brother Jim Duncan; his nephew Jeremy Duncan; and his brother-in-law Dale Aikey.
He is survived by : his former life partner Cindy Bond; his wife Lora Johnson (Berghoefer); his children, Melissa Engelhardt (Kirk), Matthew Duncan (Brooke) and Cameron Johnson; and his siblings, Barb Smith (Jeff), Theresa Aikey (Dean), Mary Johannsen (Kent), Mike Duncan (Mary) and Danny Duncan.
Memorial contributions may be made in Patrick's name to his family which will later be designated elsewhere.
