It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elneta Kennedy of Welton, Iowa, born in Miles, Iowa, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Fritz Ihrig and Mabel Ihrig (Marburger); her husband Melvin Andrew Kennedy; and her children, Alvin, Barbara Hill, Joy Rothbart, Alice Kennedy and Molly Walker.
She is survived by : her daughter JoAnn Loose (Robert) of DeWitt; her son-in-law Dennis Walker; and her sister-in-law Naomi "Nonie" Ihrig. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and God only knows how many great-grandchildren and great- greatgrandchildren.
