She is survived by: her husband Jerry G. Sliger of West Burlington; her children, Tina Riley (Jon) of Stronghurst, IL and Michael Sliger of New Milford, CT; her grandson Justin Duffy (Jessica) of Ankeny; her great grandchildren, Mason and Theo; her sister Barbara Collins of Des Moines; and her brother-in-law Paul Sliger (Pat) of Richmond, VA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, or the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation.
