She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignatius Kopistecki and Mary Kopistecki (Roboski); her stepfather Mike Kotchmar; her daughter Barbara Hole; her son-in-law Brian Hole; and her siblings, Stanley, Louis, Joseph Kopistecki, Theresa and Dorothy Kopistecki.

She is survived by: her former husband Nathan A. Sayre; her children, Luetta Greene (Joel) of Crawfordsville, Iowa, Debbie Hunter (Terrell) of Riverside, Iowa, Nathan A. Sayre and Theresa Sayre of Washington, Iowa; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Janelle, Hillary, Ericka, Jennie Rae, Brittany, Brianna, Austin and Katlyn; her great grandchildren, Justice, Stratton, Lexi, Cora, Sophie, Clayton, Logan, Alisa, Lane, Leyton, Rees, Anola, Liam and Sophia; her siblings, Irene Pavlik (Michael) of Pottstown, Pennsylvania and John Kopistecki of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania; and her half-sister Anna Kotchmar of Pottstown, Pennsylvania..

A memorial has been established for the West Chester Heritage Association.
