She was predeceased by: her parents, James Parks and Jennie Parks; and her husband Ron Veenstra. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Jewett and Bill Parks (Caroyln); her children, William Hopkins, Melissa Hopkins-Norris, Beth Krehbiel (Steve) and Mike Veenstra (Marla); her grandchildren, Joshua, Corey (Stephanie), Bradi, Joel (Kelly), Ben, Amanda and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Madden, Maverick, Isabella, Christopher, Tyler, Kennedy and Rylea.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Betty's name to the St. Jude's Children Research Hospital and Za-Ga-Zig Shriners.
