She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Elinor Roseland; her sister Judy Strate; her significant other Michael; her children, Erik and Gala; her father Norman; her grandson DuShawn Kelly; and her daughter Heidi Hawthorne. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and visiting her mother.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
