Charles Koch Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Koch (West Des Moines, Iowa), born in Panama, Iowa, who passed away on January 15, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gerry; his daughters, Shirley Taylor (Rick) of Urbandale, IA, Sharon Roenfeld (Kirby), Carol Weaver (Mark), Barbara Borts (Jeff), Julie Drees (Allan), West Des Moines and Geri Ann Farley (John); his siblings, Rev Eugene Koch, West Des Moines, Rev Paul Koch, Walter Koch (Elaine) and Mary Agnes Lampe (Leroy) of Omaha, NE; his daughter Teri Ann; his parents, Leo Koch and Pauline Koch; and his siblings, Dick Koch, Natalia Koch and Donna Feldman. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for memorials to Iowa Veterans Hospice and Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
