He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Richardson and Edna Richardson (Green); and his siblings, Paul, Colleen and Joyce.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane; his sons, Kenneth Richardson (Therese) of Des Moines, Keith Richardson of Rochester, MN, Kevin Richardson (Penny) of Council Bluffs, IA and Kerry Richardson (Beth) of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Brad, Kristin, Joe, John, Justin, Billy, Jacob, Emily, Jordan and Jimmy; and his great grandchild Evan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to Calvin Manor.
