He is survived by: his wife Darlene Strachan; his children, Joel Goeltl (Laura), Cole, Alex, Paul Strachan, Connor, Leah, Jennifer, Heather Forkner (Mitch), Morgan, Maddy, Tricia Heimke (Mark), Suzanne Strachan, Ryan and Chantelle; and his sisters, Maggi Kublicki (Stan) and Jean Strachan (Steve Pursglove).
