He is survived by: his wife Helen; his child Stephen Nicholson (Suzanne) of Kathy Nicholson; his granddaughter Katie Nicholson; and his stepgrandchildren, Robert and Rebecca Lyons. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
