He was predeceased by: his father Roger Johnson; his grandparents, Mercille Johnson, John and Shirley Adams; and his cousin Richard Hanson.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Johnson; his wife Lynn Johnson (Gard); his children, Cooper, Brody and Lexi; his brothers, Jay Johnson (Jessi) and Joel Johnson (Kristy); his brother-in-law Lee Gard (Mandy); and his nieces and nephews, Owen, Eric, Ryan, Logan, Cole, Gracy, Violet and Zoe. He is also survived by his father, brothers, cousins, and friends.
