She is survived by: her spouse George Monroe; her children, George Monroe (Diane) of Wallingford, Richard Monroe (Natalie) of Wallingford, Brian Monroe (Brenda) of Wallingford, Terri Desautels (Mike) of Oakdale, Diane Monroe and William Monroe (Theresa) of Pensacola; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lubee, Tara Carroll, Rebecca Chanda, Kallee Topper, Lisa Owens, Robert Freeman, James Kerrigan, Charles, Ashley Newbold, Jonathan, Melissa, Kaitlin, Christopher, Ethan, Aubrey, Alexis, Jordan and Matthew Monroe; her siblings, Walter Boresen (Joyce) of West Haven, Edward Baker, Sr. (Carol) of LaPorte and Barbara Balsamo of Meriden; and her parent Ruth Frabricius Baker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
