He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Calhoun and John Calhoun; and his parents-in-law, Marjorie and Lyman Case. He is survived by: his son Mike; his wife Camille; his children, Michael Calhoun (Krisanne) and Ann Spellman (Mark) of Waukee; his grandsons, Brian and C. J. Spellman of Waukee; and his brother Jay Calhoun.
