She was predeceased by: her brother Larry Smith; her parents, Kathryn Smith and LeRoy Smith; her significant other Joe Kirk; her nephew Daniel Smith; and her pets, Magic, Sam and Gabe.
She is survived by: her brothers, Dennis Smith (Joan) of Charles City, IA and Bill Smith (Karla) of Council Bluffs, IA; and her sister-in-law Sally Smith of Mesa, AZ. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and special friends.
