He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Darla; his children, Scott (Hava Terry) and Kim Toms (Chuck); his grandsons, CJ and Jakob Toms; and his sisters, Joan Redenius and Sandra Martin.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Westown Parkway (3601 Westown Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA 50266). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions to be made to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa, the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital, or the National Kidney Foundation Serving Iowa & Nebraska.
