Patricia D. Wagner Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia D. Wagner of West Des Moines, Iowa, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2025 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Wagner; her daughter Melanie Vance; her son-in-law Bob Vance; her father Samuel Rees; and her sister Iris Rees.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stephanie Vance of Waukee, Nick Vance (Patricia) of Munich, Germany and Jake Vance (Haley); her great grandchildren, Peter and Alice of Waukee; and her daughter-in-law Sharon Vance of Clive. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McLaren's Resthaven Chapel (801 19th St, West Des Moines, IA 50265).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Croix Hospice in Patty's honor.
