He is survived by: his parents, Larry Haltom and Kathy Haltom; his children, Lisa Meendering (Matthew) and Josh Haltom (Codie Gliem); his grandchildren, Madilyn Morris, Cherry Meendering, Mia Meendering, Blake Haltom and Lilly Haltom; and his brothers, Christopher Haltom, Joseph Haltom (Beth), Terry Haltom (Sue) and John Haltom (Liz).

Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
