It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Kay Kiernan in West Des Moines, Iowa, born in Auburn, Iowa, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Kiernan; her parents, Frank Johnson and Catherine Johnson; and her sister Kathy Suntken. She is survived by: her son John Kiernan (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Ava of Granger and Liam Kiernan of Granger; and her sisters, Caryl Ann Higgins of Sac City and Nancy Kuenan of Des Moines.
