It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susie Cain (West Des Moines, Iowa), born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on May 15, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Alma, Daisy and Ruby; her son Gerald Edward Cain; and her son-in-law John Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Cain, Greg Cain (Dawn Raye) of Elkton, MD, Sara Johnson of Weaver, AL, Patricia Galloway (Richard) of Elk Park, NC, Jim Cain (Laura Amsler) of Des Moines and Terry Cain of Iowa City; and her grandchildren, Sheehan McCoy (Jenna) of San Francisco, CA, Thom Cain (Rachel) of Arcadia, FL, Liam Cain of Laramie, WY, Brenna Cain (Eric Johnson) of Loveland, CO, Ned Cain of Arcadia, Tim Cain (Amber) of Fuquay Varina, NC, Genny Wilt (John), Heather McKleroy (Dusty) of Oxford, AL, Abbie Cain of Lombard, IL and Olivia Cain of Des Moines, IA. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
