She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Helmut, Marilyn Kuhn, Thomas and Rene Duffy; her uncles, Ron Kuhn and Jeff Kuhn; her cousin Lori Moll; and her niece Charlie Voegeli.
She is survived by: her parents, Brian Duffy and Sharon Duffy (Kuhn); her husband Adam Kusek; her children, Camden and Summer Kusek; her sisters, Tara Duffy Hesseltine (Mark), Shanna Duffy and Alissa Duffy; her sister-in-law Emily Hixson; her nephew Sterling Duffy; her parents-in-law, Jodi and Ed Kusek; her sister-in-law Amanda Voegeli (Chris); and her nieces, Wilia, Emmylou and Dusty Voegeli.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Westown Parkway (3601 Westown Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA 50266). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (7075 Ashworth Rd, West Des Moines, IA 50266).
