He is survived by: his parents, Francis and Amy (Knospe); his spouse Geraldine Wilson of Cedar Rapids; his children, Denise and Tim; his wife Sandra; his children, Denny Junius (Marty), Patti Graham (Bill), Kathleen McCarthy (Charles Blair) and Timothy McCarthy (Karla); his grandchildren, Dennis, Megan, Rory, Wesley, Maggie, Caitlin, Connor, Timmer, Bridget, Alec, Nolan and Molly; and his brother Terry McCarthy.
