He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hart and Anna Hart (Cracknell); his wife Eleanor Witkowski; his children, Emily and Michael; and his siblings, Marvin, John, Jim, Ed, William Hart and Mary Margaret Suttie.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Hart, David Hart (Nancy) of Cedar Rapids and Charles (Kara) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Sarah Hart, Kevin Hart (Liz), Katie Hart, Betsy Hart, John Hart, Laura Schulte (Ralph), Ellen Hart, Dylan Hart, Braden Hart and Sophia Hart; and his nieces and nephews, Kathleen "Caitlin" Hart, Jim Hart (Linda), John Hart (Debra), Patricia Williams (Steve) and Tom Suttie (Jody).
