She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Sylvester and Mamie Sylvester (Austin); and her husband Edgar Lavern "Shorty" Hurley. She is survived by : her daughters, Debra Albright (Michael) of Keokuk and Rebecca Yi of Des Moines, Iowa; her brothers, Robert Sylvester (Coni) of Milton and Harry Sylvester (Karen) of Fort Madison; her grandchildren, Ed Tory, Coleman Yi and Amber Yi; her great grandchild BrookLynn Tory; and her great great grandchildren, Serenity and Emerson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
