It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Durscher West Union Iowa (West Union, Iowa), born in New Hampton, Iowa, who passed away on October 6, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dick Smith and Marge Smith; and her brother Tom Smith. She is survived by : her daughter Amber Schultz (Mark); her fiancé Steve Pleggenkuhle; her brothers, Steve (Karolyn) and Maury Smith (Dana); her sister-in-law Diana Smith; her granddaughter Aubree; her stepgrandchildren, Mackenzee (Dante), Kaleb, Kalee and Kade; her great grandchildren, Kinnick, Hayden and Emmy of Davenport, Iowa; and also, Joel Pleggenkuhle, Jada Goddard (Mat), Austin, Kylee Pleggenkuhle of Moscow, Kash, Nilan and Cadi Goddard. She is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
