He was predeceased by : his parents, Nora Anfinson and Elmer T. Anfinson of West Union, Iowa.; his wives, Martha Lou Anfinson and Jackie Wadsworth Anfinson; and his daughter-in-law Christy Anfinson.
He is survived by : his sister Lorraine Biermann (Daryl) of Eldorado, Iowa.; his children, Peggy Schlegel (Bob) of State College, Pennsylvania, Bill Anfinson (Darlene) of Carter Lake, Iowa, Polly Lukens (Keith) of Story City, Iowa, Dr. Ted Anfinson of Denver, Colorado and Marilyn Sands (Jeff) of Aurora, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Aaron Anfinson, Eric Lukens (June), Daniel Lukens, Joey Anfinson, David Sands, Dacia Sands and Nathan Sands; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica, Michael and William Baer; and his great grandchildren, Bethany Rose and Jeremiah Lukens. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
