With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Joan Dzaboff of West Union, Iowa, who passed away on July 18, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Burrack and Eva Burrack (Leonard); her husband Robert Dzaboff; her grandchildren, Donnie Cleaton and Steven Lewis; her sister Karen Mack; and her brother-in-law Galen Mack.
She is survived by : her children, Lori Butikofer (Cory) of Elgin, Jody Lewis (Dina) of Chariton, Scott Lewis of Springfield and Jim Lewis of Coralville; her grandchildren, Krystal Pusey (Nate), Cody Kraus (Rachel Hach), Allison Butikofer (Justin Fretheim), Kristy Williams (Brandon), Chris Lewis, Tarah Lewis, Heather Cleaton, Scott Lewis, Jr. and Miles Lewis; her siblings, Dan Burrack (Patty) of Arlington and Brenda Fliehler (Larry) of Arlington; and her brother-in-law Donald Dzaboff of Dubuque. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
