He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Keith Brugman and Janice Brugman (Smith) of West Union, IA; his wife Roxane Molokken of West Union, IA; his children, Christopher of West Union and Brittany of Ankeny, IA; his brothers, Greg Brugman (Janice) of Solon, IA and Kurt Brugman (Becky) of Olathe, KS; and his daughter Tiffany Joy.
