She was predeceased by : her parents, Harley Rohrig and Erma Rohrig; her husband Delbert Hummel; and her siblings, Eleanor Hummel (Duane), Sandra Rohrig and Merlin Rohrig.

She is survived by : her children, Sherri Harper (Brad) of Sioux City, Iowa, Russel Hummel (Diane) of Houston, Shelley Hummel of Iowa City and Darwin Hummel of West Union, Iowa; and her grandson Keegan Harrel of Sheldon, Iowa.
