He is survived by: his wife Janice Irene Doyle; his children, Cindy Bettenga of San Diego, CA and Jeff Bettenga (Lori) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Capri Duffee (Nic) and Jake Bettenga; and his brother Lorne Bettenga of Minneapolis, MN.
