Wagner (Williams, Iowa), born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on February 23, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ben Schnoor and Essie Schnoor (Johnson); her husband Clarence E. Wagner; her children, Dr. Randall S. Wagner (Cher) and Russell B. Wagner (Karen); and her sister Helen Schnoor. She was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
