She was predeceased by: her parents, Darlo Cook and Shirley Cook (Frederick); her husband Jerry Stierwalt; her stepson Scott Stierwalt; and her brother Phillip Bendell.
She is survived by: her children, Ronda Morrison (Gary) of Blue Grass, IA, Ed Williams (Joy) of Davenport, IA and Lynett Robertson (Lonnie) of Blue Grass, IA; her stepson Carey Stierwalt (Julie) of Phoenix, AZ; and her siblings, Darlene Turner (Fred) and Bill Bendell (Chris). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to the Walcott Volunteer Fire Department or Wilton Retirement Community.
