He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Parcel and Margaret Parcel (Jennings); his children, Kenneth Wireman, Danny Parcel, Theresa Ford and Bonnie Barger; and his grandchildren, Danielle Wireman and Remmington Wayne Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Irene Parcel; his children, Debbie Atkinson (Larry) of Cincinnati, Tammy Cadena (Fernando) of Illinois City, Larry Wireman of Centerville, Mary Gerlic (Robert) of Ottumwa and Robert Wireman of Cincinnati, Iowa; and his siblings, James Parcel of Wilton, Iowa and Thelma Wadden of Wilton, Iowa. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established to Tammy Cadena, to be determined at a later date, and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa.
