He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Holladay and Betty Holladay (McConnaha); his former wife Gaylene; and his siblings, John, Jim Holladay and Patty Holladay.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Sullens; his children, Juli Schubick (Delbert) of Wilton, Bradley Holladay (Natasha) of Wilton, Bambi Webb (Shane) of Wilton, Bryan Block (Tonya Salas) of Moline and Kendra Guy (Benny) of Muscatine, Iowa; and his siblings, Mary Trotter (Mike Daufeldt), David Holladay (Carol), Janet Marin, Steven Holladay (Gina), Penny McKillip (Dale), Robert Holladay (Shelley) and Paul Holladay (Karen). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
