He was predeceased by : his mother Carol Bohlen (Grimshaw). He is survived by : his father Thomas J. Bohlen of Fort Dodge; and his siblings, Laura Lloyd (Darin) of Strafford, Emily Weber (Richard) of Rapid City and Todd Bohlen (Tonya Aldridge) of Houston.
