He is survived by : his former life partners, Janice Whaley and Joyce Witte; his daughter Janelle Swailes (Shane) of Ashland, PA; and his sister Frances Cady-Boline (Russell Streets) of Morning Sun. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
