It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Naomi May Lindell of Winfield, Iowa, born in Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Guy Maxwell and Grace Maxwell (Keitzer); and her siblings, Pauline Smith, Virginia Hillyard, Norma Haight and Virgil Maxwell.
She is survived by : her husband Bob Lindell (Sunrise Terrace); her children, Tom Lindell (Holly) of Brookfield, WI and Karen Hixon (Jon) of Storm Lake, Iowa; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Hixon of Wheat Ridge, CO, Alison Hixon, Sara Hixon, Adam Lindell (Erin) and Evan Lindell (Kayla); and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Levi, Jonah, Grace Lindell and Luke Lindell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, there will be no public funeral services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the New London United Methodist Church and the Fellowship Cup of Mt. Pleasant.
