It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Milligan in Winterset, Iowa, born in Newton, Iowa, who passed away on September 30, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil Barcus and Florence Barcus; her husband Marvin; and her siblings, Donald Barcus and Ruth Barcus.

She is survived by : her sons, Craig Milligan (Joy) and Steve Milligan; her grandchildren, Kaitlin Milligan and Daniel Milligan; and her nieces, Julie and Joni.
