He was predeceased by: his wife Sherry. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Van Dyke (Greg), Janet Reutzel (Dave) and JoAnn Berry (Randy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers and food, his family requests memorials be directed to Madison County Memorial Hospital Med/Surg Unit.
