He is survived by: his spouses, Cathy Niblo Allen and Angie Smith of Winterset; his mother Lucy Clark of Winterset; his children, Chad Smith (Erinn) of Winterset and Wesley Smith (Amber) of Ankeny; his sister Patti Arnburg (Larry) of Earlham; and his grandchildren, Madelyn, Reed, Lane, Waverly and Theodore.
