She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman Rehbein and Vera Rehbein (Hartz); her husband James Koch; her daughter Jerri; and her siblings, Mildred and Kenneth.

She is survived by : her children, Kerry Beatty (Don) of Atkins and Jeff Koch (Diane) of Van Meter; her grandchildren, Michelle Beatty, Benjamin Koch, Megan Koch and Kendra Hage (Alex); and her great grandchild Herb Hage.
