She is survived by: her sons, Amos Cook (Teresa) of Ennis and James Cook of Winterset; her grandchildren, Michael Cook (Amy), Crystal Wood (Mike), Roger Cook (Anne) and Kevin Cook (Michelle); and her great grandchildren, Trenten, Chase, Jensen, Aidan, William, Rebekah, Abby and Emilie.
