She was predeceased by : her son Jimmie Allen; her parents, Orval Beerbower and Margaret Beerbower; her husband Glenn Scoles; and her brother Shorty.
She is survived by : her brother James Wesley (Shorty); her children, James, Susan and Renee Simmons (Dennis) of Winterset; her grandchildren, Susan Gruber, Dawn Cline (Ian) of Winterset, Jason Scoles (Hiedi) of Winterset, Tammy Nielsen (Aaron) of Des Moines, Amy Friedhoff (Matt) of Des Moines, Jake Gruber (Rachel) of McKinney, TX and Travis Gruber of Denver, CO; her great grandchildren, Jasmine Swinson (Bobby), Aaron Friedhoff, Gwendolyn Freidhoff and Noah Nielsen; her great great grandchildren, Allie Cline, Kaden Rudolf, Bobby and Oakley Swinson; and her close friends, Carol Dasher, Mike Mahan, Kenny Callison, Becky Miller and Marilyn Mount.
