He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Sample; his daughters, Mackenzie and Sydney McFarland; and his siblings, Ricky, Geoffrey McFarland, Pamela Sato, René Klingaman and Becky McFarland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
