Cathy Searcy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy Searcy of Woodbine, Iowa, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Erlewine and Creola Mae Erlewine (Vroman); her sister Connie McWhirter; and her sons-in-law, Robert Canaday, Mike Sneed and Tom Brown.
She is survived by: her former husband Ronald Belcastro; her children, Mary Canaday of Halsey, Sherry Sneed of Woodbine, Dan (Christina Belcastro), Bonita Brown of Halsey and Don Belcastro (Erika Orr) of Woodbine, Iowa; her daughter-in-law Shelli Belcastro; her adoptive daughter Esther Muecke of Kansas City, Missouri; and her siblings, Pat (Glenda Erlewine), Jeanne (Bob Holloway), Bob (Sandy Erlewine), Tom (Judy Erlewine) and Bill (Dawna Erlewine). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
