She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hein and Dorothy Hein (Pryor); her son Chuck Hutchins; and her niece Robin Hein. She is survived by: her former husband Chuck Hutchins, Sr.; her husband John Thompson of Omaha, Nebraska; her siblings, Robert Hein (Liz) of Avoca, Joanne (Lowell), Jim, Siglin of Stark City, Kenneth Hein of Dunlap, Iowa and Myrlen Hein (Susan) of Dunlap, Iowa; her siblings-in-law, Greg Thompson (Sandy), Tom Thompson, Susan Fletcher and Roxanne (Doyle Deleat); and her friend Barb Hanny of Omaha, Nebraska. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
