She was predeceased by : her parents, John Jurgensen and Lena Jurgensen (Kreger); her husband Vernie; her siblings, Everett and Imogene Smeltzer; and her grandson Ben.

She is survived by : her former life partner Vernon Eganhouse; and her children, Victoria Ballou (Steve) of Wyoming, Greg Eganhouse of Olin and Pam Rushford (Terry) of Wyoming. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
