She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hayward and Maude McLane Hayward; and her son Cameron. She is survived by: her former husband Vernon Funk of American Falls, Idaho.; her husband Leonard Leisy; her brother Dennis Hayward; her daughters, Lorrie, Melissa and Felicia; and her son-in-law Michael. She is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
