With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorna Dee Lowe (Arco, Idaho), born in Fullerton, California, who passed away on September 25, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Lorin Lutschg and Bonnie Lutschg; and her husband Ron Lowe.
