He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee Annis Sr. and Phyllis Evangeline Castle; his son Robert William Annis; and his sister Virginia "Corky" Taffen. He is survived by: his wife Amy Annis of Blackfoot; his children, Christy Dumas (Richard) of Blackfoot, Tentenshia Reese (Chris) of Provo, UT, Jennifer Wootton (Brian) of Blackfoot, Virginia Gonzalez (George) of Las Vegas, NV, Christopher Annis of Las Vegas, NV, Samantha Annis of Las Vegas, NV and Leah Annis of Blackfoot; his sisters, Teresa Lines (David) of Blackfoot, Mary Brown (Randy) and Nichole "Nikki" Oliver (Jason) of Tennessee; his stepbrothers, David (Terri) and Steve (Paula); and his siblings' children, Jami Norman, David "Scooter" Lines, Willi Lines, Brandy George, Ashley Rivoli, Katie Oliver and Donnie Taffen. He is also survived by numerous step children that he claimed as his own; 22 grandchildren and 1 1/2 great grandchildren.
