He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesse Wayne and Vermal Catherine Staker Allen; his former life partner Delone Larson; and his sister Anabell Jacobson. He is survived by : his wife Diana; his children, Randall Allen (Bonnie), Jared Allen (Esther), James Allen, Robert Allen (Shannon), Holly Lilya (Stacey) and Valle Allen; and his siblings, Waynette Hammond, Gayle Lott (Ralph), Royce Allen (Mardette), Lennon Longacre (Gary) and Laird Allen (Dina). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
